Return/ Refund Policy

In-Store Purchases

Gas Powered Equipment: All sales of gas-powered equipment are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

Battery Powered Equipment: May be eligible for store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. Equipment must be unused.

Store Merchandise: Unused and unopened merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided the original receipt is presented. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

Parts: All parts are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


Online Purchases

Online sales are eligible for store credit or a refund, plus shipping costs, provided the item is returned within 30 days of receipt and is unused and unopened. Original proof of purchase is required.

All other conditions outlined for in-store purchases apply to online orders where relevant (e.g., final sale items, restocking fees).


Shipping

Currently, Stihl outdoor powered equipment is not available for shipping and must be picked up in store. We do not offer delivery or shipping for these products at this time. Please contact us in store if you would like to reserve a unit for in-store or curb side pick up.

All other items are eligible for shipping in Canada and the U.S
