This two-in-one safety lanyard is New England KMIII. It has a rugged 32-strand braided cover over a polyamide core. It is low stretch and more resistant to abrasion than many types of lanyard cordage.
KMIII conforms to both NFPA 1983-2001 and CE EN 1981 A standards. There are aluminum double-locking snaps stitched into both ends. The adjuster is 20 mm X 32" Ocean Polyester hitch cord with sewn eyes and a DMM Boa Locksafe carabiner. The overall length is 10 feet.
